A full time Realtor since 2005, I have an office in Ames & Story City. I live on an acreage outside Ellsworth with my husband Cory and our 2 spoiled dogs, Marley & Letty. Although I’m licensed for the entire state of Iowa, I focus on central Iowa… think Ankeny to Webster City, Madrid to State Center and everything in between!

 

In 2014 I realized I couldn’t possibly do everything by myself and still give top notch service to all of my clients, so I set out to form a team. The Brandi Nelson Real Estate Team was born out of necessity but now I can’t imagine doing business any other way. Our team consists of 2 “buyer agents”,” Nicole Krauel & Collette Winfrey who focus on residential buyers. Lacy Lake, is our Director of Operations, she makes sure we stay on track & closings happen on time. I work mainly with listing and marketing properties, with a side of team management.
